**November 2026**

* **Score, summarise and sort candidates with Ask AI.** Give every new match a fit score or a short summary with strengths, gaps and red flags. **October 2026**

* **Pre-screen every form response automatically.** Every completed form is checked against your knock-out questions, the answers are scored, and your recruiter gets a summary. * **Decide what happens when a candidate doesn't reply on WhatsApp.** Each WhatsApp step now has settings for when a candidate doesn't reply, can't be messaged or the message fails: stop the run, or carry on so a later step can follow up.
