2.1. To start the process, click the [New Template] button at the top right corner and select the type of template you want to create
There are two types of templates that you can create: Blank Email (HTML) or Blank Email (MJML).
In this guide, we will focus on creating a Blank Email (HTML) template.

On the right side, there is a code editor where you need to paste the HTML code you have written. After you have inserted the code, a preview of your template will be displayed on the left side of the screen.
2.4. Add subject to the email
In the [Subject] area, you can add variables. There are two ways to do that. The first one is to open the variables on the right via the {} button. Then type any keyword for the variable to find it quicker, and simply click on it to copy.
The other way to do this is to type "{{" followed by the variable's name in the subject field.
For instance, if you want to collect reviews, you can write the following in the subject field:

3.1. Create a new automation and then create a task via HireData which will be for sending an email
3.2. Select the template you want to use for the email
3.3. Choose the branding
3.4. Complete setting up your task by adding a recipient and a sender and then review everything before saving it
