Before you start
- Connect Meta Leads and confirm that the Page and form are available.
- Connect Carerix to HireData.
- Collect first and last names separately and include an email address in the lead form.
- Add a form parameter containing the vacancy identifier used in your Carerix lookup.
- Decide which match stage, match source, and candidate owner to use. Make sure those values exist in Carerix.
1. Configure the trigger
Create a new automation and select Meta Leads as the starting app. Set the object to Lead and the event to Created. Choose the connection, Facebook Page, and form for the campaign. Start with a specific form so you can check its fields and mappings before extending the setup to other campaigns.2. Find the vacancy
Add a Find step for Vacancy in Carerix. Match the vacancy identifier against the parameter received from the Meta form. Use the value from the lead rather than a fixed vacancy if the workflow handles campaigns for different jobs. Check that the lookup returns the intended vacancy before continuing.3. Add the job application
Add the Carerix Job Application action. Configure the vacancy and candidate lookup, then map the incoming values:
Choose the fields available in your selected form. Custom questions differ between forms; do not assume a mapping for one form covers another.
This Carerix flow creates a match for a vacancy. It is not a candidate-only import. Keep candidate details separate from application-specific fields such as match stage and source.
4. Test the complete flow
Use a controlled lead with contact details you own. Follow How to test an automation and check the run details. Verify that:- The lead belongs to the configured Page and form.
- The vacancy lookup returns the correct job.
- The candidate lookup uses the expected email address.
- The job application links the correct candidate and vacancy.
- The name, email, mobile number, owner, match stage, and source are correct.
